Mail Unknown is an Anti-Spam Software product developed and operated by Matrix Productions, Inc. incorporated in the state of Iowa since 1993.
Collection of Information:
Software installation and usage beyond the 15 day trial
requiers you to activate with a purchased serial number. This serial number does not contain
any personal information about you or your email accounts.
The serial number is sent back to the Mail Unknown servers
upon the start of the Mail Unknown software. The serial number
is only used when a Mail Unknown user purchases the Mail
Unknown software to unlock Mail Unknow to run beyond 15 days.
The Mail Unknown software DOES NOT send any portion of your emails or email account(s) information back to the Mail Unknown servers.
Personal Information:
Personal information such as your name, address, email address and credit card information is collected only when a Mail Unknown user purchases a Mail Unknown serial number. Since all payment are through PayPal payment services, PayPal collects all necessary information to complete the credit card payment. PayPal then sends basic customer information to the Mail Unknown server when the payment is completed. Basic customer information includes customers name, address, phone and email. Your credit card number is NOT part of this information. We never receive any checking account or credit card numbers customers use to purchase Mail Unknown.
Protecting Your Personal Information:
Any information the Mail Unknown servers collect is stored and protected on servers which are a) secured behind internet firewalls and b) not directly connected to the internet. This information can only be accessed by authorized employees with the proper credentials and only accessed if necessary.
Sharing Your Personal Information:
Matrix Productions, Inc. does not distribute, sell,
trade, publish or share
any information collected unless required by law wherein
we have a good-faith and belief that such action is necessary
to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court
order or legal process served on Matrix Production, Inc.
